Purchase Without Regrets

Return without regret. If you’ve ordered the wrong item, the wrong quantity or have changed your mind about the order, you can return it for a full credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

Processing Returns

To process a return, go to www.arenamaterials.com and log in with your username and password. Go to "Lookup Orders, Invoices or Quotes; Request a Return." With your original invoice you can request a return. You may also contact our staff at admin@arenamterials.com or call (301) 965-0950 for assistance.

Return Requirements

All returns and exchanges must be returned in the original packaging with all included accessories. Any returns due to damaged merchandise must be reported within 5 business days. Please be sure to report the damage immediately when the package is delivered so that we can process your return claim. Defective items must be reported within 7 business days and must be returned in the original box.

Return Exceptions

We take returns for every product except:

• Special Order and Custom Items
• Food and Beverages
• Pharmaceutical Items
• Dated Products (such as calendars, organizers, etc.)
• Assembled Furniture
• Opened Ink and Toner Cartridges
